Legacy coaching is a powerful approach I use for helping groups and individuals move beyond goals, action plans, and quarterly assessments to a more holistic and meaningful approach to business, career, and life design. Inspired by my work with organizational, business leaders and teams, Legacy Coaching is an integrated and embodied expression of values, passions, talent with a vision for future generations. The process can be utilized by organizational and community leaders, professionals in transition, and for those entering their "Third Act" (your wisdom era). Approach is a rich mix of exploring deep into inner landscapes that need attention, along with contemporary leadership practices.
I've been a certified career and life design coach for nearly 20 years. My life coaching embraces a holistic, transformational approach weaving a rich synthesis of Ontological and Co-Active Coaching along with many body, mind, spirit processes and trauma informed techniques inspired by studies with many mentors and my own personal evolutionary healing journey.
