Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
I have a journal exercise that I use with clients before crafting your new year intentions.
Here are the 3 prompts
Part One: What Came to Fruition
-
What milestones, accomplishments, or inner shifts are you proud of this year? (You can also use photos from your phone to remind you of events, etc. ) I also like to do it by season : 2024 Winter Soltice to 2025 Spring Equinox to 2025 Summer Solstice to 2025 Winter Solstice)
These may be visible achievements or quiet, private victories.
-
Where did you meet yourself with courage, devotion, or integrity?
Part Two: What Remains Unfinished
Now notice what feels incomplete or still in process.
-
What didn’t come together yet?
-
What is still asking for time, energy, or clarity?
-
For each unfinished thread, gently ask:

-

-
Part Three: Intentional Design
